wave is a digital postcard subscription for events and weddings. Guests scan a QR code at the party, reserve their preferred week, and design a personal postcard with photos. We print and send the cards weekly to the newlyweds or the jubilarian for a whole year.

Our postcards are printed in the classic DIN A6 format (14.8 x 10.5 cm) on extra strong 350g/m² postcard cardboard with a robust high-gloss finish on the front. Designing is very easy: Your guests upload 1 to 4 own photos directly in the mobile browser (including collages), type their personal greeting text, and choose a preferred stamp. The back is formatted like a real postcard – ready in under 2 minutes completely without an app or registration!

Worldwide! We send your guests' postcards to every country in the world – regardless of whether the recipients live in Germany, Europe, or on another continent. Worldwide printing and shipping including postage is already fully included in all wave packages.

Directly after booking, your personal event landing page is live and your QR code is immediately ready for download. You can print it directly, place it on the tables at the party, or share the invitation link via WhatsApp – completely without lead time or shipping in advance.

You can choose between 12 postcards (monthly), 24 postcards (every 2 weeks), or 52 postcards (weekly). All cards are printed and delivered fully automatically on time throughout the year.

No! wave works without mandatory accounts and without downloading an app. The entire flow – from scanning the QR code to choosing the preferred date and designing the photo – runs completely smoothly in the mobile web browser of any smartphone. Logging in with an email is only required for the optional date reminder if guests don't want to design their card immediately.

The cards are fully automatically printed and sent in the calendar week that the respective guest has chosen. This ensures that the gifted couple receives the postcards as planned, evenly distributed over the entire year (e.g., weekly or every two weeks).

Yes! As an organizer, you always retain full control in your wave dashboard. If a guest made a mistake or uploaded an inappropriate motif, you can delete the design with one click before the shipping date. The date is immediately released again and can be booked anew.

No problem: Guests simply select their preferred date and leave their email address. Our system automatically sends them a friendly reminder with a direct link to design in good time before the printing date.

No problem! In the wave dashboard, you can adjust the delivery address of the bridal couple or recipient at any time with a few clicks. All outstanding postcards will then be automatically sent to the new address.

Yes, absolutely! You can set up your event completely risk-free: Up to 30 days after purchase (but maximally up to 24 hours before the planned shipping of the first postcard), you can withdraw from the purchase at any time and get 100% of your money refunded.
